Yes! During cart and checkout, you can assign individual tests to different family members (e.g. Self, Mother, Father, Spouse, Child). Our phlebotomist will collect samples for all assigned patients in the same visit.
Yes. All diagnostic sample processing is conducted in strict compliance with certified clinical laboratory protocols on automated analyzers with routine daily multi-level quality controls.
Most routine blood and urine reports are ready within 12 to 24 hours of sample collection. You will receive an instant SMS and WhatsApp notification with an encrypted link to download your PDF report. You can also download it from our Reports portal anytime.
Fasting requirements depend on the specific tests. Tests like Lipid Profile, Fasting Blood Glucose, Iron Studies, and Thyroid Total generally require 8 to 12 hours of overnight fasting (water is allowed). Other tests such as Complete Hemogram (CBC) and HbA1c do not require fasting.
Once you book a test or health package and select your preferred date and time slot, a certified phlebotomist will arrive at your address with a sterile, single-use kit. Samples are drawn, barcoded, and transported in temperature-controlled cold containers to the laboratory.
